Talking Dirty!

Well it was a rainy day and me and S-Works had nothing to do because it was fall break. Ahhhh! Finally a monday were we could sleep in and kick the empty cans from the night before around the house. We finally got a little inspiration to go out and do something. Me and S-Works packed our rain gear and headed to the shop to hang out with the fellows and then later go for a ride. After a while of doing nothing at Sycamore we finally geared up and headed out with a smile on our cold wet faces. We hit up thrift and came down black mountain then back up thrift and down Sycamore cove. It was wet and muddy and full of AWSOME! It was a good bit of awsome that i needed to spark my day cause when i got done and got back home all i had waiting for me was a pile of laundry and dirty dishes, where is sexy when you need her! She left me for a few days for family sickness, but she will be back they always come back! OH YEA!

AWSOME!

HOT - AZZ - HELL

well the team went to tennesse for a race put on by vanderbilt. We got to stay with the .com's, and it was pretty sweet because i had a queen size bed to myself unlike most races we go to i have to cuddle with Danny I am Really Tall. Anyways it was in the 90's all weekend so racing was no fun at all. I finished 9th in short track and 8th in cross country which makes me kinda happy because all year i have just wanted to at least have on top ten finsih and so now i have had three. HEll YEA! Although this weekend it really hit me in the face all the racing we have been doing, and i am spent on it. My friend S-Works even noticed a difference in my attitude at the race this weekend saying i seemed to not be enjoying riding my bike like normal. So i am comming to the conclusion i need to get that smile back on my face while riding/racing. The season is almost over and it is seeming like more and more of a stretch that i will be able to go to nationals which is not fair to the amount of work and effort i have put into this season, but it will almost be over and seasonal trails open on the 15th so its about time to hit up long branch and have a good ole time on the trail of the year. so in the mean time STAY CLASSY AMERICA!

Weekend at LMC!

Well the brevard cycling team went to LMC for a weekend of racing. All went well as we raced our little hearts out trying to get points to go to nationals, being a goal of mine since this will be my last semester racing collegiantly. here are some of the stats from the race weekend.

It was an awsome weekend lots of wrecks. I crashed harder and more this weekend than i have in a long while. I didnt even qualify for dual slalom because i washed out really hard, and wrecked mulitple times practicing for the DH, and was even wrecked 4 different times in the short track. It was a lot of crashing and my body is really feeling it. On the other hand i got to finally race the S-Works which was awsome, even though i was spent after racing all weekend and only had a mildly decent xc race, but none the less it was fun. Herndog and Pinnit tagged a long and sessioned the DH and Slalom course with me which was awsome and helpful for me. Showed me some good lines and great times, and made me laugh in the xc when i was ready to cry. STOPPING WRITING FOR A MINUTE TO SIGH! all in all it was awsome good times with bikes good friends and good laughs at the crashes we had. I feel that this weekend was the race of 1,000 crashes for me, i guess i should be lucky i am still walking after all the abuse i went through! AWSOME STUFF!
